- my video isn't uploading in the shopify admin
In theory, all H.264 video will be successully uploaded and processed. Double check that the video file isn't excessively large (more than 1 GB) and that the resolution isn't greater than 1920x1080. If you still have issues please contact support.
Also make sure that the moov atom (or movie atom) is not corrupted. This is what allows a video file to begin playback before it's fully downloaded. This setting within the video file may be fixed with a program such as MPEG Streamclip or Handbrake.
- my video isn't autoplaying on desktop
The default selector in the Debut and Timber theme is #ProductPhotoImg. Make sure that a div with this id is present in the product.liquid of your theme.
- my video isn't autoplaying on mobile
Make sure the video tag contains the attribute value pairs of 'playsinline="true"' and 'muted="true"'. For more about autoplay in iOS and minimum version requirement, see this article

On the settings page of the app, choose to not have the app automatically replace the main image in Shopify. Then edit your theme to include the a video tag with the src set to the URL shown on the video's view page.
